Acceptable Use Policy

1 Introduction

This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") sets out the rules for using the FFUNDED website, dashboard, trading platform, APIs, and related Services (together, the "Services"). It forms part of the Terms of Service. By accessing or using the Services, you agree to comply with this AUP.

This AUP governs conduct on and around the Services. Trading conduct on accounts is governed additionally by the Trading Rules.

2 General Principles

You agree to use the Services only for their intended, lawful purpose, in good faith, and in a way that does not harm FFUNDED, other users, or third parties, and that does not compromise the security or integrity of the Services.

3 Prohibited Conduct

You must not, and must not attempt to, or permit any other person to:

• Use the Services for any unlawful, fraudulent, or deceptive purpose.
• Impersonate any person or entity, or misrepresent your identity, nationality, or location.
• Create or operate multiple or duplicate accounts to evade rules, limits, or restrictions, except where expressly permitted.
• Use another person's identity, documents, or payment method, or allow another person to use yours.
• Access the Services from, or on behalf of a person in, a restricted jurisdiction, or use a VPN, proxy, or other means to conceal your true location.
• Circumvent, disable, or interfere with any security, verification, risk, or usage-limit feature.

4 Platform and Technical Abuse

You must not:

• Introduce malware, viruses, or other harmful code to the Services.
• Probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of the Services, or breach or circumvent any authentication or security measure, without prior written authorisation.
• Access the Services through automated means, such as scrapers or bots, except through interfaces we expressly provide for that purpose.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Services, except to the extent this restriction is prohibited by applicable law.
• Place an unreasonable or disproportionately large load on our infrastructure, or interfere with the proper working of the Services.
• Use the Services to build, train, or benchmark a competing product or dataset.

5 Account and Content Conduct

You must not use the Services to:

• Harass, threaten, defame, or abuse any person, including our staff and other users.
• Post, transmit, or share content that is unlawful, infringing, obscene, hateful, or misleading.
• Send spam or unsolicited communications, or engage in phishing or social engineering.
• Collect or harvest personal data about other users.
• Infringe the intellectual property or other rights of FFUNDED or any third party, as further described in the Copyright & Trademark Policy.

6 Fair-Use and Rules Evasion

Any attempt to exploit the Services in a way that defeats the purpose of an evaluation, including collusion between accounts, exploitation of simulated pricing or feed errors, and coordinated trading, is prohibited under this AUP as well as the Trading Rules.

7 Third-Party Services

The Services may integrate with third-party providers, such as payment, verification, and platform providers. You must comply with any applicable third-party terms when using those integrations, and you must not misuse them.

8 Monitoring

We do not routinely monitor individual user activity, but we may review activity where necessary to operate the Services, enforce this AUP and the Trading Rules, protect our users, comply with the law, or investigate suspected abuse. Where technical or behavioural signals suggest a breach, an account may be restricted or placed under review pending investigation.

9 Consequences of Breach

If you breach this AUP, we may, depending on the severity and in accordance with the Terms of Service:

• Issue a warning.
• Restrict, suspend, or place under review the affected account or feature.
• Void simulated profits obtained through the breach.
• Terminate your account and access to the Services.
• Withhold or reverse any related payout.
• Report the matter to the relevant authorities where required.

We will act proportionately and, where appropriate, give you an opportunity to explain, except where immediate action is necessary to protect the Services or third parties.

10 Reporting Abuse

If you become aware of any conduct that breaches this AUP, or of a security vulnerability, please report it to FFUNDED at [email protected] so that we can investigate.

11 Changes to This Policy

We may update this AUP from time to time. Material changes will be published on the FFUNDED website, and the current version always applies.
