Referral Program Terms

1 Introduction

These Referral Program Terms govern the FFUNDED refer-a-friend programme (the "Referral Programme"), through which existing customers can invite friends to FFUNDED and both may receive a reward. They form part of the Terms of Service. By taking part, you agree to these terms, the Terms of Service, and the Acceptable Use Policy.

The Referral Programme is a customer reward programme and is separate from the FFUNDED affiliate programme, which is governed by the Affiliate Terms & Conditions.

2 Who Can Take Part

The Referral Programme is open to existing FFUNDED customers in good standing whose accounts are not suspended, breached, or under review. A person you refer (the "Referred Friend") must be new to FFUNDED, must not already hold an account, and must meet our eligibility and jurisdiction requirements.

3 How It Works

You receive a unique referral link or code from your dashboard. When a Referred Friend signs up using your link or code and completes a qualifying purchase, the reward described in your dashboard is applied to eligible participants. Rewards may take the form of account credit, a discount, or another benefit, as stated at the time of the referral.

4 Qualifying Referrals

A referral qualifies only where:

• The Referred Friend is genuinely new to FFUNDED.
• The Referred Friend signs up through your link or code and completes an eligible, paid purchase that is not refunded, charged back, or reversed.
• Both participants comply with these terms and with the Terms of Service.

Rewards attach to the purchase; if the qualifying purchase is later refunded or reversed, the related reward may be cancelled or deducted.

5 Rewards

Reward amounts and forms are shown in your dashboard and may change over time. Referral credit has no cash value except where expressly stated, is not itself a payout, and is governed by the Bonus & Promotions Terms where it is issued as promotional credit. Any reward earned through the Referral Programme is used or paid only in accordance with those terms and the Payout Policy.

6 Limits

We may set reasonable limits on the Referral Programme, including a cap on the number of Referred Friends, a cap on total rewards in a period, or a limited-time offer window. Any such limits are shown at the time of the referral.

7 Prohibited Conduct

You must not:

• Refer yourself, or create additional or duplicate accounts to claim rewards.
• Use fake, purchased, or non-genuine sign-ups, or otherwise manipulate referral tracking.
• Present the Referral Programme in a false or misleading way, including any promise or guarantee of profits, funding, or payouts.
• Spam, send unsolicited messages, or use deceptive advertising to distribute your link.
• Refer persons in restricted jurisdictions or otherwise breach the Restricted Jurisdictions page.
• Bid on FFUNDED brand terms in paid search or impersonate FFUNDED.

Where you wish to promote FFUNDED at scale or through paid channels, you should apply to the affiliate programme instead and be bound by the Affiliate Terms & Conditions.

8 Fraud and Abuse

We monitor the Referral Programme for abuse. Where we reasonably believe that referrals are not genuine, that tracking has been manipulated, or that these terms have been breached, we may withhold or reverse rewards, disqualify participants, and, in serious cases, suspend or terminate the accounts involved.

9 Taxes

You are responsible for any tax consequences of rewards you receive under the Referral Programme in your country of residence.

10 Changes and Termination

We may change, suspend, or end the Referral Programme, or amend these terms, at any time. Material changes will be published on the FFUNDED website. Changes do not affect rewards already validly earned before the change takes effect.
