Affiliate Terms & Conditions

1 Introduction

These Affiliate Terms & Conditions ("Affiliate Terms") govern participation in the FFUNDED affiliate programme (the "Programme"). They form a binding agreement between you (the "Affiliate") and FFUNDED. By applying to or participating in the Programme, you agree to these Affiliate Terms, the Terms of Service, and the Acceptable Use Policy.

The Programme lets approved Affiliates promote FFUNDED and earn a commission on qualifying purchases made by customers they refer.

2 Eligibility and Enrolment

To take part, you must apply and be approved by FFUNDED. You must be of legal age in your jurisdiction, provide accurate registration and payment details, and complete any verification we require. We may accept or decline any application at our discretion, and approval does not create any employment, agency, partnership, or joint-venture relationship.

3 Affiliate Links and Attribution

On approval, you receive a unique affiliate link or code. A referral qualifies where a new customer reaches FFUNDED through your link and completes an eligible purchase within the attribution window we operate. Attribution is based on our tracking. Where more than one Affiliate could be credited, our records determine attribution. We do not guarantee that every referral will be tracked, for example where a customer blocks cookies or uses a different device.

4 Commission

You earn commission on qualifying purchases at the rate shown in your affiliate dashboard. Commission is earned only on genuine, completed, and paid purchases that are not refunded, charged back, or reversed. Commission is not payable on your own purchases, on purchases by accounts you control, or on transactions later found to be fraudulent or in breach of these Affiliate Terms.

5 Payment of Commission

Commission is accrued in your affiliate dashboard and paid according to the schedule and minimum threshold shown there. You are responsible for providing valid payment details in your own name. We may withhold payment pending verification, during investigation of suspected abuse, or where required by law. Amounts relating to refunded or reversed purchases may be deducted from current or future commission.

6 Permitted Promotion

You may promote FFUNDED truthfully and lawfully, using the marketing assets we provide or your own honest descriptions of our Services. You must clearly and conspicuously disclose your affiliate relationship wherever you promote FFUNDED, consistent with applicable advertising and consumer-protection law.

7 Prohibited Promotion

You must not:

• Make false, misleading, or exaggerated claims, including any promise or guarantee of profits, funding, or payouts.
• Describe FFUNDED accounts as real trading capital or omit that accounts are simulated.
• Use spam, unsolicited messaging, or deceptive advertising.
• Bid on FFUNDED trademarks or brand terms in paid search, or run ads that impersonate FFUNDED.
• Use cookie stuffing, forced clicks, fake traffic, incentivised clicks, or any means of generating referrals other than genuine customer interest.
• Register domains, social handles, or app names that are confusingly similar to FFUNDED's.
• Promote FFUNDED to persons in restricted jurisdictions, or in any way that breaches the Restricted Jurisdictions page.
• Promote FFUNDED alongside unlawful, adult, hateful, or otherwise inappropriate content.

Breach of this section may result in forfeiture of commission and termination from the Programme.

8 Use of Brand and Marketing Assets

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, revocable licence to use FFUNDED names, logos, and approved marketing assets solely to promote FFUNDED under these Affiliate Terms. You must follow any brand guidance we provide and must not alter our marks or use them in a way that implies endorsement of unrelated products. All goodwill from your use of our marks accrues to FFUNDED. This licence ends when your participation ends. See also the Copyright & Trademark Policy.

9 Compliance and Disclosures

You are responsible for complying with all laws that apply to your promotional activity, including advertising standards, consumer-protection rules, data-protection law, and financial-promotion rules in your jurisdiction. You must make all disclosures those laws require, including disclosing that you may earn a commission.

10 Fraud and Anti-Abuse

We monitor Programme activity for fraud and abuse. We may withhold or reverse commission, suspend your account, or terminate your participation where we reasonably believe that referrals are not genuine, that tracking has been manipulated, or that these Affiliate Terms have been breached.

11 Taxes

You are solely responsible for any taxes, duties, or contributions arising from commission you earn, and for any registration or reporting those obligations require. FFUNDED does not withhold taxes on your behalf unless required to do so by law.

12 Confidentiality

Non-public information we share with you in connection with the Programme, including rates, dashboards, and reporting, is confidential and must not be disclosed or used except to operate as an Affiliate.

13 Term and Termination

Either party may end participation in the Programme at any time. We may suspend or terminate your participation immediately for breach, suspected fraud, or where required by law. On termination, unpaid commission that was validly earned and is not subject to reversal remains payable, subject to the minimum threshold, while your licence to use our marks ends immediately.

14 Disclaimer and Liability

The Programme is provided on an "as is" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, FFUNDED is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from your participation, and our total liability in connection with the Programme is limited to the commission validly payable to you.

15 Changes to These Terms

We may update these Affiliate Terms, including commission rates and attribution rules, from time to time. Material changes will be published or notified to Affiliates, and continued participation after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.

16 Governing Law

These Affiliate Terms are governed by the laws of Saint Lucia, and disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of its courts, as further described in the Terms of Service.
