Refund Policy

1 Introduction
This Refund Policy explains when fees paid to FFUNDED for evaluations, instant accounts, and add-ons may be refunded. It forms part of the Terms of Service and should be read together with the applicable Challenge Terms and Instant Account Terms.
FFUNDED provides access to digital simulated-trading products. Because these products are delivered digitally and access is granted immediately, refund eligibility is limited and is described below.
2 Nature of the Product
The fee you pay is for access to a digital evaluation or simulated account, together with the related dashboard and tools. It is a one-time fee for that access. It is not a deposit, not trading capital, and not held on your behalf. No part of the fee is placed at market risk.
3 Digital Delivery and Access
Access to an evaluation or account is provisioned promptly after payment is confirmed. Where you request and receive immediate access to the product, you acknowledge that provision of the digital service has begun. To the extent permitted by applicable consumer law, this may affect any statutory right to cancel once access has been granted and used.
4 When You Are Eligible for a Refund
You may request a refund where:
- You purchased in error or were charged more than once for the same product, for example a duplicate transaction.
- You were charged as a result of a technical or billing error attributable to FFUNDED or its payment providers.
- Your account could not be provisioned and FFUNDED is unable to provide the product you paid for.
- Applicable law grants you a mandatory refund right that has not been validly waived.
Approved refunds in these cases are returned to the original payment method.
5 When You Are Not Eligible for a Refund
Refunds are not available where:
- You have started trading on, or otherwise materially used, the account.
- The account has been breached, terminated for cause, or closed as a result of a Trading Rules violation.
- You have changed your mind after access was granted and used, except where a mandatory statutory right applies.
- The request relates to add-ons that have already been activated, such as swap-free or weekend-holding add-ons.
- The request relates to promotional credit, discounts, or amounts that carry no cash value under the Bonus & Promotions Terms.
- The request is an attempt to reverse a fair evaluation outcome.
6 Add-Ons and Bundled Purchases
Add-ons are optional features purchased alongside an account. Once an add-on has been activated on an account, it is consumed and is non-refundable, even where the underlying account fee might otherwise qualify for a refund.
7 How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, contact FFUNDED at [email protected] from the email address associated with your account, and include your order or transaction reference and a short description of the reason. We may ask for additional information to verify your identity and the transaction.
8 Processing
We aim to review refund requests promptly. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. The time for the refunded amount to appear depends on your payment provider, card scheme, or the relevant network and is outside FFUNDED's control once the refund has been issued.
9 Currency and Fees
Refunds are issued in the currency of the original transaction where possible. FFUNDED is not responsible for differences arising from exchange-rate movements, provider fees, or third-party charges between the original payment and the refund.
10 Chargebacks
If you believe a charge is incorrect, please contact us first so we can resolve it. Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute without first contacting us may result in suspension of the associated account pending resolution. Where a chargeback is raised on a validly delivered product, we reserve the right to contest it and to recover reasonable costs.
11 Discretionary Refunds
Nothing in this Policy prevents FFUNDED from granting a refund at its discretion as a gesture of goodwill. A discretionary refund in one case does not create any entitlement in another.
12 Changes to This Policy
We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. Material changes will be published on the FFUNDED website, and the version in force at the time of your purchase governs that purchase.
