Bonus & Promotions Terms

1 Introduction

These Bonus & Promotions Terms govern any promotional offer, discount, coupon, voucher, promotional credit, giveaway, or other incentive made available by FFUNDED (each, a "Promotion"). They form part of the Terms of Service. By taking part in a Promotion, you agree to these terms together with any specific terms published for that Promotion.

Where a specific Promotion's terms and these general terms differ, the specific terms control for that Promotion.

2 Nature of Promotions

Promotions are optional benefits offered at FFUNDED's discretion. A Promotion does not form part of the core product you purchase, creates no ongoing entitlement, and may be offered, varied, or withdrawn at any time. Participation is voluntary.

3 Promotional Credit

Where a Promotion grants promotional credit to your dashboard wallet:

• The credit may be used only as described in the Promotion, for example toward the purchase of an eligible account or add-on.
• The credit has no cash value, is not a payout, and is not itself withdrawable unless the Promotion expressly says so.
• The credit is personal to you, is non-transferable, and cannot be sold, assigned, or combined across accounts.
• The credit may carry an expiry date, after which it lapses.

Promotional credit is distinct from eligible profit share, which is governed by the Payout Policy.

4 Eligibility

Each Promotion states who is eligible. Unless a Promotion says otherwise, it is available only to eligible customers in good standing whose accounts are not suspended, breached, or under review, and who are not located in a restricted jurisdiction. We may require identity verification before honouring a Promotion.

5 Discounts and Coupons

Discount codes apply only to eligible products, only during the stated period, and only in the manner described. Unless expressly stated, discounts cannot be combined with other offers, applied retroactively to completed purchases, or exchanged for cash. A discount is void if the underlying purchase is refunded, cancelled, or reversed.

6 One Per Person and Stacking

Unless a Promotion expressly permits otherwise, each Promotion is limited to one use per customer and may not be stacked with any other Promotion. Where a customer attempts to claim a Promotion more than once, or across multiple or duplicate accounts, we may cancel the associated benefits.

7 Interaction with Refunds

Where a purchase made using a Promotion is refunded, the value attributable to the Promotion is not refunded in cash, and any promotional credit applied to the purchase may be removed. Refund eligibility itself is governed by the Refund Policy.

8 Prohibited Conduct

You must not:

• Create additional or duplicate accounts to claim a Promotion more than once.
• Use false information, or manipulate tracking, to become eligible for a Promotion.
• Resell, transfer, or trade promotional credit, codes, or benefits.
• Exploit an error in a Promotion, such as a mispriced offer or a technical fault, that you knew or ought reasonably to have known was an error.
• Take part in a Promotion in breach of the Acceptable Use Policy, the Trading Rules, or applicable law.

9 Abuse and Forfeiture

Where we reasonably believe a Promotion has been abused, obtained through ineligible means, or claimed in breach of these terms, we may withdraw the benefit, reverse related transactions, void simulated profits attributable to the abuse, and, in serious cases, suspend or terminate the accounts involved.

10 Errors and Changes

If a Promotion is published with an error, FFUNDED may correct it, and is not bound to honour an offer that was clearly the result of a mistake. We may change, suspend, or end any Promotion at any time. Changes do not affect benefits already validly earned and applied before the change takes effect.

11 Taxes

You are responsible for any tax consequences of a Promotion in your country of residence.
